XN460B combines CCD automatic visual alignment with an XYZ three-axis multi-axis linkage platform to achieve continuous interpolated coating for points, lines, areas, arcs, circles and irregular curves. It supports jet valves, screw valves and piezo valves, and can be optionally equipped with dual supply systems for simultaneous coating of different adhesives/materials or for automatic material switching. Precision dispensing and selective conformal coating are completed on the same inline machine, ensuring production efficiency and process consistency.
